To expain the new title of my blog; we behave the way we do in public because being yourself is scary. You don't open up to just anyone. Being yourself is like going about naked, you're completely exposed to everybody. Like clothes, that act can be seen through at times, and at the end of the day we take it off. However, some people have difficulty taking their clothes off even when they are alone, and other people can't wear any clothes which will at some point cause problems for them.

You should never be afraid of what's beneath your clothes, it's who you are. There is nothing wrong with protecting yourself, as long as you can take off your clothes whenever you want.
